简介 Introduction

该系列过滤器具有手动自封阀，在更换滤芯或管道时，应关闭自封阀，使油箱中的油液不会流出，安装时过滤器应浸入油面以下，若自封阀没有完全打开，切勿启动泵，否则会引起泵的吸空现象。

该过滤器可带滤芯污染堵塞发迅器或真空表，当滤芯污染堵塞到出油口真空度为0.018MPa时，发迅器便会发讯，应及时更换活清洗滤芯，以免出现吸空等故障。

该过滤器特别适合于机床、压铸机、注塑机、油压机等机器。

The series filters can be installed on the top or at the side of the tank. There is check valve inside the filter. During maintenance, filter element is withdrawn for washing, the check valve will close automatically to stop oil flowing out from the tank.

A vacuum indicator in the filter will signal when the pressure drop across the element reaches 0.018MPa showing that the filer should be cleaned. If no maintenance is done, as the pressure drop rises to 0.018MPa, the by-pass valve in this filer will open to allow oil flowing into pump directly.
